GPS unit: Garmin 35-LVS

I got an e-mail from garmin today about the GPS35 unit.

The GPS 35 LVS uses a GPS 25 LVS board as part of its interal hardware set, so the PGRMT sentence 
is correct.
 
The unit will report position, velocity and time as long as the unit is operated at speeds less than 1000 
knots, regardless of altitude.  The restriction is that it will not report position, velocity and time if 
operated in excess of 1000 knots at altitudes greater than 60,000 feet.  If this is a balloon application, 
you should have no problems.
